PRAWN NOODLE SOUP ,,,,,add water and the prawn paste into a pot and bring to a boil then simmer
simmer in low heat till ready to serve
Bring a pot of water to a boil the quick blanch leeks for 2 minute then drain and ( quick blanch beans sprouts for HALF A MINIUTES ONLY THEN DRAIN )
JUST PLATE COOKED ODON AND VEGETABLE THEN POUR HOT PRAWN SOUP AND GARNISH THEN SERVE
