  1. Boil one and half lite of milk and keep on Sim gas.keep stirring occasionally till it reduces to half
  2. Soak the dates in water for some time.Heat one tablespoon of ghee and fry the dryfruiis and vermicelli…
  3. Add the soaked saffron to the reduced milk and let it boil again..The mixture will start thickening
  4. Now add sugar,dryfruiis and soaked dates to it and heat for some time..add cardamom powder
  5. Switch off the gas after the mixture thickens..Vermicelli basundi ready to serve…Serve chilled
