  7. Stir the tomatoes to check if they are soft and mushy, Add chilli powder, Black pepper, turmeric, salt, green chillies
  8. Add chicken, and let the chicken cook for 2 minutes.
  9. Add all the spices and mix it well
  10. Cover it and let it cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
  11. Saute it and add 3 cups of water and mix it well.
  12. Cover it, let it cook upto 10 mins, Bring to the boil add coriander.
  13. Serve and Enjoy! with Roti or rice

I did add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the roux along with some white pepper.
