Fry them.make sure they don't change in colour. Add the roasted poha and dry fruits. Mix well.add sugar,salt and dry mango powder according to the taste. Mix well.fry for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
  3. Sift it in a plate for cool. Store in a air tight container.
