Clean, wash and chop the chicken. Season with salt pepper and lemon juice - and set aside. Add all the paste ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. Heat oil in a saute pan large enough for the whole recipe.

  1. Grind the onions in a grinder.
  2. Chop the tomatoes into small cubes
  3. Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds and grinded onions. Saute until brown in color.

  5. Add garam masala, meat masala, coriander powder, and red chilli powder and saute for another 5 min.
  6. Add curd and chicken pieces. Cook for 10 min.
  7. Add 2 cups water and close the lid of pressure cooker. Let it whistle twice. Sim 5 min and then open.
  8. Check the chicken is cooked. If not then cook in the cooker for 5 more min.
  9. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves
