Instructions to make Swedish meatballs:
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F
  2. Mix ground beef, onion, stove top stuffing, egg and broth together until well mixed
  3. Make 32 one inch diameter meatballs
  4. Place on a cookie sheet that is lined with foil and sprayed with cooking spray.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until done
  6. Mix gravy and sour cream in a large saucepan and heat together until well blended
  7. Add meatballs into sauce and simmer 5 minutes
  8. Cook egg noodles as directed.
  9. Put meatball mixture on top of egg noodles and sprinkle with parmesan

I'd double the recipe and serve them with egg noodles over the weekend and then again a couple of days later with mashed potatoes.
