Cut the onions and peppers into chunks then spray a wok or large pan with the spray oil and over a high heat stir fry the vegetables until starting to soften and change colour then remove and set aside. Stir constantly until mixture boils and thickens. Stir in the prawns and peas until heated through. Serve with steamed rice, sprinkled with green onion.

Steps to make Stir-fry King prawns in curry powder & egg:
  1. Mix 2 Tbsp curry powder, garam masala, tumeric, milk, Nam Prik poa, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar into small bowl or jug.
  2. Beat 3 eggs lightly in separate bowl
  3. Heat up the pan to medium heat, add cooking oil. Then soften the onion and garlic.
  4. With high heat, add prawns to the pan. Stir-fry until they are orange (quick one please)
  5. Quickly add the rest of vegetable and our mixed curry sauce. Stir and let them cook for a bit.
  6. Quickly add beaten egg and stir. Add salt & pepper to season.
  7. Now it’s ready to be served.

As the onions are frying, in a separate bowl mix together the garlic puree, ginger puree, turmeric, chilli powder and curry powder with a little water to make a paste. Add to the onions and stir fry for a couple of minutes; Add the king prawns to the pan, stirring every now and again until the prawns begin to turn pink Sri Lankan King Prawn & Fish Curry. Remove from oven and stir before serving. Put all the ingredients except the salmon and prawns into a mixing bowl and mix well. Heat a drizzle of oil in a frying pan or wok over medium high heat.
