  14. Get Youghurt 1/4 cup Sugar 1/4 tspn. Milk 1/2 cup
  15. Prepare Water as per rqrd. Salt to taste Oil
  16. Prepare Butter as rqrd

In the same pan in which we fried the paneer, add in a little more oil and ghee. Add in the cumin seeds and finely chopped onions. Make sure to finely chop the onions. Alternatively, you can grate the onions in a food processor and add.

Instructions to make Paneer Masala in Gravy:
  1. Blanch the onion cubes.cool and make paste.keep aside.Heat oil and butter in a pan.add cumin seeds and whole spices.Add ginger garlic paste saute for a minute.Now add onion paste saute.add cumin,coriander powder, turmeric,chilli powder mix well all ground spices.add some water in it.now add cashew- almond paste.add salt to taste and little sugar. Add youghurt.Add paneer cubes and mix with all spices.Now add milk and water for Gravy as per your requirements.
