  6. Take Whole garam masala- bay leaves, 5 green cardamom, 8 black pepper
  7. Prepare 1 tea spoon turmeric powder
  8. Take 1 tea spoon red chilli powder
  9. Get 2 tea spoon coriander powder
  10. Get 1/2 tea spoon garam masala powder
  11. Prepare to taste Salt
  12. Make ready Oil to cook

In this curry, the okra has the crunch minus the slime. Delicious Masala Bhindi with gravy is ready to be relished. Take out the sabzi in a bowl, garnish with some finely chopped green coriander. You can serve this tempting sabzi with roti,parantha, rice or naan.

Instructions to make Crispy Fried Bhindi In Masala Gravy:
  1. Wash Bhindi, keep them aside in a drainer till it dries completely. Cut them into four long pieces and keep them aside.
  2. Meanwhile prepare masala, put oil in kadai, crackle whole garam masala, bay leaves, black pepper, cloves and cardamom add grated onion, stir it till it turns golden brown.
  3. Add other spices and cook it for five minutes then add garlic, ginger paste and tomato puree, cook it again for some time till the oil gets separated then add salt and half katori water and cook it again for five minutes.
  4. Your masala gravy is ready. Before serving,heat oil in a pan deep fry or shallow fry Bhindi and garnish it over masala curry and serve it hot. It will taste very crispy and spicy.

Heat oil in a kadai or deep frying pan over medium flame. When oil is hot enough, deep-fry okra until they turn light brown and crispy.
